The Upbeat Beatles Diary - November/December 2004

Hi all, welcome to this month's entry to the the diary page. We apologise for it being slightly late, but November has been so busy with the boys gigging from one end of the country to the other that something had to give!

Among the highlights over the last month or so would probably have to be the two sellout nights at the Theatre on the Steps, Bridgenorth (we're sorry that so many of you were unable to get a ticket on the night and promise to extend the residency by an extra night next year). Our thanks to Dave and Julian for taking care of everything. The Railway Club, Holyhead was also a night to remember (and we understand a considerable sum was raised for some good causes) as was the gig at Billingsgate market for the almost entirely French audience. John and Roger apologise that their Franglaise may have been a bit limited, will try harder next time!

Exciting news is that we've just finished recording a new album of thirteen Beatle tracks, which we're very pleased with, and it will be available for sale at gigs or you can buy it through the website, just go to our contact page.

One area that is causing a little bit of frustration at the moment is that so many of you want to book the band next year and beyond, on dates for which we already have commitments, so here's a list of gigs 'in the book' at the time of writing:

• November: 12, 27

• December: 10

• May 2006: 13
